Horrible Support ~ Sony Service Center Noida

I called Sony Support as Bravia LCD screen had broken. Engineer visited and mentioned the charges and said that company will pick up tv with advance payment only when spare part has arrived, so that product can be handed back in two days after repair.


I got a call that spare part have arrived. Paid them the advance amount and tv was collected for repair. It has been more than 25 days and still no tv. I receive call today that part is not available and will again take more than 15 days for repair. What i sh!t support. Better I should buy a new lcd but not from Sony again.
