I brought sony bravia from kerala bismi ernakulam. After one year suddenly picture tube gone they told me to pay 12000, I paid the amount after 3 month again sound gone again I called the customer service they told me to pay 7800 I paid that also.
Their quality before it was good but now quality is very bad, full complaints, same time for the parts and service they are charging more my advice is dont choose any sony product they are very waste
