It is really disgusting to write this. I have purchased 32 inch led TV from Sony in 2012 in good faith that there will not be issues for long time however I am broken because my TV is showing double images and dual colur I raised a complaint and a Sony technician Inspected MyTV and said that need to change the panel. The next day I received a call from the service station and they said that there is a problem with the panel and it would cost somewhere between 13500 to 14000 rupees I am shattered because of the fact that this is almost 35% total cost that I spent to buy this TV having said that it is only been 3 years that I have bought this TV I have lost the faith in Sony products because of the durability of the product why should a customer like me go for brand that is considered to be the best and receive products which is not satisfactory. I would like to know a good reason from Sony why should I have gone and brought a TV that cost me 40 thousand bucks. Sony really needs to think about this issue because it will slowly let them loose their ground in the home appliance market. I now feel that it would have been better I would have brought picture tube TV. Thank you Sony
