Its my first hand exp to create frustration by buying SONY Tv. I bought Sony Bravia and since first two months it had been horrible exp for me. Sony is doing worst now. It’s not the same name that it used to carry for CRT, for LCD & LED Sony is a failed company. Also, customer care and Sony India they just talk about quality in reality they are a big failure. There are other TV companies who are aggressive and doing much better.
