Sony Bravia - KLV-26S400A Is an excellent product. This is my first ever Sony product at home, because I hate Sony products as without any great features, they are too costly and try to monopolize. Sony Bravia LCD TV is not too different, but just because it was available easily for me I bought it.
The picture quality is excellent. Sony has always been good in quality of whatever he provides, though even less. In this section of TVs, the other models like Samsung etc were coming in HD version with almost the same price, but you dont find them easily anywhere for test run. Atleast in Chennai where I am current at.
I dont know about the customer service being provided as I never had to call a customer service yet.
