Sony bravia - Never expected such a bad customer service from them. Had a issue with power cord, raised the issue. It took them almost 8 days to just turn up at my home(yapral, sec-bad) and obviously took so many follow up from our side. Issue does not end here but increases, post checking they said it requires new power cord which has to come from Delhi. Supposedly it takes 4-5 days for it to reach Hyd. Its 8 days now& the person still cannot commit anything. whats frustrating that he says he will raise complaint again. During same time I had issue with Samsung fridge& they were so prompt in their service. anyway, lets see when Sony people turn up.
