I am felling nice to share on this platform.I have bought Sony Bravia KLV from Bigbazar.And of their employee came and fixed it in my room.
Its picture quality is good enough and its sound is good.There are many categories of sound quality which is very nice.Last time 2 months are purchasing its had a problem in its sound.It automatically stopped sound.So contacted its costomer care.They asked my full details a problem I am facing the set.
They gave me a complain number and said me that tomorrow our engineer will visit you.
Then in the next day around 10:00am their engineer came and visited us.He did some setting and he again made its sound as it was before.He told any one mistaken have muted its sound.
We said-’yes our small child might have done it unknowingly.’But now my tv is good is good and its customer care service is also good.
I suggest if anyone wants to buy it then they can buy it without any hegitation.
