Sony Bravia KLV-32W400A is one of the perfect mid ranger in LED TV’s. I bought from seller Cloudtail. Ordered it on Friday afternoon and got it delivered on Sunday morning. Delivery was excellent from the part of Amazon Transportation Services. Installation was also good from the part of Sony. Booked the Installation and Demo on Sunday evening, the sony technician came on Monday noon. Overall nice experience with Sony and Cloudtail.
Now let’s come to product. First of all I have read many negative reviews for this particular product. The main reason behind the negative reviews was the wrong product specs given by the first seller ’Electronic People’. Following the other seller’s didn’t look about product description. With the faith in SONY I went forward and bought the product.
And Sony did meet my expectations. The first thing I should say that the build quality is awesome. The picture quality is excellent for HD Channels and SD Channels are good though. Another notable feature of the product is its sound. We all know that Sony TV’s are famous for its sound. 32W400A is not different. Excellent sound quality with its sub-woofers.
Coming to Smart features, read some reviews here that there is no Browser feature and would be available after an update. But the one come to my home has browser feature and all smart features that sony stated. Youtube and Netflix works flawlessly. Remote is also good. Netflix has a dedicated button on the remote.
I did a lot of research before buying this product. My comparison was between Samsung 32J5300 & this one. At last I settled with Sony, for its amazing picture and sound quality. Also power consumed by W400A is less compared to J5300. The table top stand which comes with the box is not of metal. It is flexible may be made of some fiber. Don’t think about the negative reviews here, this is one of the best mid-ranger available now in LED TV’s. After all its BRAND SONY - The Global leader in Television Market.
