I have a sony bravia 32 inch led smart tv which I buyied in 2016. It worked well for 1 year but after a year of use it started rebooting and flashing red blue lines and doesn’t work well. I contacted the service center and a representative came to my home and checked the tv. After checking he told me that backlit is crashed and we have to change it. I asked him for price and he told that it will cost me 4000 but unfortunately sony does not manufacture the backlit alone. He told me that I have to change the entire back panel which would cost 12000. It was really bad but to make the tv work I paid 12000. They made me feel really bad. Worst customer hospitality.
