I have share my personal thought about any bravia
Last month I have enjoyed my holiday our grandfather home.
We have goes to my native.
We have decided to buy a Sony bravia led.
After few days we have going to buy a led tv and we all here the sony show room.
However I’m really not like the tv but our family members wondering to this.
Hence my grand father bought a led tv 32inch, the product cost Rs. 27, 999.
The customer support agents told to me, once you received the tv our team will be come and install the total issues.
Finally install process finish, after few days and the tv is changing picture and it seems like a local brand.
We have contacted the customer support and told the issue, they have told me , we have make a notes to this issue and I can see that you warranty claim still here.
Hence you have claim the warranty
But showroom persons told me not properly.
The tv is fine but the price is very high .
That’s why I’m telling this not make sense.
Once you have plan to buy a tv , thing one or more times.
Please don’t ignore the message.
