Sir/Madam,
This is in regards my Sony Lcd Tv Model No. KLV-37S400A 37’ GIVEN to
ur service centre at Nishant Service Centre in Aquem, Margao Goa, I
had given My tv on 5th of Sep they told me MT Control Board is to be
replaced and I ordered it. Now today I got a call from ur Bangalore
office that the part will be dispatched in 3 - 4 days and told it is
available in stock. Today evening I went to the service Centre to
actually find out what is happening, to my surprise the person told me
that the part complain is showing still open which means that the part
is not available with the Co. In Bangalore nor in Delhi. The day when
I paid the money they told me part available with Co. And in max 4
days I will receive it even the call centre and the person from
bangalore also told the same thing.
Now the Sony people ve started lying and not telling the truth one
time saying part available, if available why not sending man? Look
like u peoples integrity is at stake and Co. Is degrading its product
and putting cheap components inside Tv. Sony originates from the land
of Truth and Hard working people from JAPAN I vE high regards for
them, but u cheap faithless people ve Degraded the name. Worse than
the chinese Co. I would rather say Chinese Co. Sell Cheap products but
they also sell it Cheap Man! You people at Sony Charge Premium Price
and sell Cheap Products, I don’t ve faith in u people, ull are playing
with the peoples sentiments, ull should not be allowed to sell ur so
called premium(but actually Cheap) products in our country. and
should be banned. u ll should be sent to Japan to learn their ways of
dealing. For so many days we are without Tv cos of ur foolish attitude
towards ur Customers.
Remember U can Fool One People at one time, u can’t fool all the
people all the time.
