I have purchased sony LED 2 years back one day it stopped working so I called to sony customer care and they assign the call to me earest centre however their technician visited to my home and said motherboard got damaged so it needs to be raplaced I agreed and whatever the amount he said I agreed also so he given surity that same will be done in 4-5 days now 20 days may past to call sonycall centre sony service centre every time they are answering 2-3 days it will be fixed tthe worst experience everytime there answer this part does nt manufacture in india so it is coming from other country even they dont know the time lines also they say call you back but no call very worst services also if they cant give any part in the market why they selling the TV
