Hello members I was buy sony BRAVIA KLV-40W562D F on 2016 in month july 2 fron udaipur. After four days I was got new upadte software immdentially I update this software within few minutes after update it work very well. In sound clearity is good from all dimensions of the led. If there is any type of problems the technicia come with 6 hours and easily solve your problem. Most good features available in it like fast moving sequence picture, on/off timer, power saving mode, parental control, back light off mode, advanced contrast enhancer, USB reader has very fast etc. I suggest to my friend also to buy this television.
