Video Quality - When it comes to the video quality, there is no other comparison as it holds an award for best picture quality.
Sound - Most of the Sony’s branded Led work on the surround sound system which is best for the home entertainment.
Value for money - There are number of options which are available for lesser price compared to Sony but dont fall into that trap as sony has the best customer experience.
Service & Support - its only been 6 months that I have purchased the Led and I didnt contant the customer service but with my past experience, they offer quality customer service.
