This phone looks quite good and trendy but there is an ugly face to this product too. there is a software problem with the phone because it hangs too often or shuts down automatically. so you have to remove the batteries and replace them again. besides, the ringtones are so feeble that you end up missing calls, the vibrator too does not match the nokia ones. sadly you cannot even download ringtones or logos. and the ringtone recorder is just a useless feature, good for nothing. the sony people forgot about he ambient noise when they designed the set.
though they have provided separate tones for picture messages, you cannot use them as ringtones, which is very stupid.
now for the real problem-if you get an extended call-the set heats up, which is quite bizzare.thanks to the jogdial you cannot even scrol through some messages.
