Sony is famous for its superb picture quality, with that thing in my mind I bought this Camera but within 6 months from my purchase one of its essential part got destroyed. I took the camera for servicing and they said you will have to pay Rs.1500/- for that part. I gave the warranty card they said that warranty is not applicable for that part. But with my many request they got it repaired free. But the question here is why do Sony give warranty cards when they don’t have any intention to fulfill their stipulations. Although I was happy that I got it repaired free but I was offended bcz what about the other customers who suffer the same problem and had to pay extra despite of having a valid warranty card!
