I am still using my 2 yr old Sony cam.Its rock solid cam with robust body.Pictures are clear even at 3 mp.Very rarely used 5 or 6 mp. Easy to use menu, easy to use buttons.Card support is also cool.Data transfer rate is okay from cam to pc using mass storage mode.battery life is decent if fully charged.Charge the battery competely. Even the camsize is small and can easily fit into the shirt pocket.Came with the data cable, software cd, charger and battery.
Used this cam at beaches, treks, parties.Whatever the climate and light conditions, it performed well.Now 8 mp is become very cheap and I think comes less than even 7K.Flash is not good but decent.I purhased it for 12K with 1 GB card 2 yrs back.Now this model is outdated but it proves that sony DSC model range is superb.
I think other DSC models must also be good .Nothing to complain about DSCmodels.
