Having bought Sony S60 Camera at around INR 8K exactly a year back, I am regretting it now. should have realised the quality of Sony products when the laptop l have purchased developed keyboard problems within one month which was replaced by the company. Now the camera is not charging and after 5 trips to the service centre in Delhi nehru place ,
l was told to but charger, which l did and the camera is still not working. They neither have testing equipment nor spares.
They do not have any idea of their own accessory rates. They told the charger rate is somewhere around Rs.2, 300-2, 500, then Rs.1, 500 during second visit and finally charged Rs.835/- Well their paperwork is far superior. You have to sign at least 3 documents and wait 4 days to receive the accessory. The issue is my camera still doesn’t work and I believe that I can only use it to ward off evil spirits by hanging in front of my house.
So please don’t buy Sony cameras. Thank You
