I have used SONY DSC-S70 quiet extensively and have found this great. Its quiet compact and although not great in Zoom the pictures taken were sharp. Its memory stick, packaged software, USB cable, all were handy on ’processing’ the images. I used it on my road trip to Oman and the pictures were breathtaking. The combination was the DSC-S70 with my Toshiba Tecra 8000E.
The minuses of the camera was its lack of a good Zoom and its comparitive inferior quality in indoor shooting where light is not that bright. Another one is its view finder is not tiltable like some of the earlier MVC models.
Ultimately its a good product.
