Hello all , I am sharing may experience of sony DSC W830 cybershot 20.1 MP with you.trust ne thos was very bad experience.i was purchased this product from online website, I was not happy with this product. The Quality of the Video & Picture was not so good as I expected. Also when I trying to return this product. Customer Support told me that according to our policy, About Electronic item we not return this, we only help you to provide the showroom address, to get the technical support. Means the product that I purchased from the online website they raise their hand up to show that we can’t do anything. I’m very upsest to this Sony’s Service. I never expected from the Sony’s.Battery life of this camera was not good.and its shutter speed also very slow.it capture very poor quality image.in lowlighht it does not work properly
