Hi, I have been a Sony die hard fan since the last 30 years till last week when we picked up a DSC W180. It just does not know how to FOCUS. It may have all the megapixels but the Shutter Speed is so poor that the mpd do not make sense.
We got this from an Electronics Shop. Yesterday I walked into a traditional camera shop and lo and behold - they do not stock SONY DCSs as they also think that Sony does not know how to make Still Cameras. Even a SAMSUNG entry level and the FUJI we got 7 years ago (3MPs) has better focus and picture quality. TAKE A FEW PICTURES and see FOCUS QUALITY BEFORE YOU BUY A STILL DIGITAL CAMERA - you will never BUY a SONY.
