Just about three months back I purchased Sony Ericsson Aspen
From the day I purchased, there are several problems with the same. Let me list the same which are as below,
1> Most of the times when I try to charge, by connecting charger, it shows whether to active sync or data storage. But it never gets charged.
Then I need to disconnect charger and connect back again, switch off and on the handset several times, only then it starts charging. When I checked with CROMA, they asked me to update the software, I followed the same, but there is no change.
2> Whenever I drive I usually connect my handset with my four wheelers Bluetooth connection. As I stop the vehicle and switch off my Bluetooth of my vehicle the connection should get disconnected automatically.
But many of the times it do not happen. I have to switch off the handset and switch it on again.
3> Since from yesterday the handset is not even switching on. It shows the logo and there is a vibration and suddenly it goes off, and later this action continues even if I do not press start button.
Then I need to remove battery to stop this action. So I had been to your Borivali west authorized service provider, they had asked me to keep the handset with them for about a week, and the same need to be sent to Chennai ( I really do not understand then why do you have a service set up at Mumbai).
Probably you do understand that this is a pure business mobile and I have spent some extra money for the same to get such facilities, so the same is very important to me. How can I bear a week without the same?
Now I seriously started thinking about my choice of switching from Nokia to Sony.
Even if I had problems with my earlier handset it used to be solved within few hours, never ever asked me to be without the same for a week.
