This is the phone of problems.it has costed me 8000rs for its its purchase and 800rs of bike petrol!
there problems:-
- The photo clicked by it had straight red and blue line on each photo clicked. You can see yourself attached to this review.
It took me almost 6 visits to the service center to finally change my board’ .they were unable to process my problem exactly.
They always used to update my phone software and I finally screamed out on 6th visit that its hardware problem and please change the board and that how my problem was finally resolved after 6 visits to Sony Ericsson service center by replacement of my board.
- Battery Backup is less than 6 hrs, standby 4 hrs.
Again it took 7 visits to solve this problem.the used to again update the phone software again and again but the problem was not resolved.I asked to change the battery.
Its was changed 2 times but the backup did not increased still the standby is 4 hrs only.
finally on my 7th visits after my shouting and threatening they have agreed to change the board again.
- The software crashes all the time.
The phone software has been updated for about 9 times in 9 months of time...
