I bought a new sony ericsson k550i 2 months before thats the mistake I made, This is a phone which can be used as a musicbox or as a camera and not as a phone. It has a poor ringtone volume. most of the times the phone gets hung. you need to remove the battery and reinstert to work. If you talking on this phone for 5 mIns in between the phone hungs and you will not be able to talk or hear, It will resume after few seconds.
Second it you are browsing on the phone 100% sure your phone will restart automatically and if you are searching you contact database most of the times it will hung. The outer body of the phone is very flimsy so that it will go of in a years time if you are a regular user. the keypads will not work properly. except this all are fine. Insteed of this please go for some other brand or some other model in sony.
