I received this phone not too long ago because it is the newest phone out there. I expected a lot more but overall it is still a good phone...perhaps in it coolness and not in its reception. The buttons are a bit close together and if you have large fingers, you may have trouble!
SOund quality is very good.
The phone comes with a camera built in and picture quality of the photos taken is not very good, but it is a camera in a cell phone no less, so Im still excited about it!
The pros:
-Good picture quality
-good sound
--reception is fairly good. I cant seem to get good reception in my apartment
-fun features (games, camera, internet access, personalized rings, downloadable songs as rings, etc)
-compact and slim
-thick durable screen
The cons:
-buttons too close together
-Most cell phones allow you to press end call twice to get to the default screen. Here, you must press two separate buttons. insignificant issue, but makes a difference when youre in a hurry
-phone book is not easily accessible. You have to click on a screen and scroll down to find the person you want to call. Most cell phones have a number code for speed dial (maybe thats just the t-mobile guys and not the phone itself)
--it is a bit difficult to figure out all the buttons and it is annoying that to click around and find youre in a place you dont want to be and have to press back arrow a bunch of times.
Overall, I would rate this phone a neutral score. It is a fun phone to play around on and Im still trying to figure out all the cool features I have, but I dont really have good reception in my place. It could just be my place, though, and not the phone.
