I used sony erricson w200i almost for an year, after that got some software problem so I thought of taking it to sony erricson service centre in Delhi I searched for a service centre in net & found one in lajpat nagar & finally decided to go there, I think after reaching lajpat nagar I searched this service centre over one & half hour & at last I found inside a small galli, if you don’t know the perfect address I am cent % sure you will not get that shop.
There was only a single counter to handle the customer issues, first we have to take coupons & have to wait for our number in the road, there were hardly 10-15 seats inside service center & over 40-50 customers all were waiting for there number.after waiting for an hour I gave my cell & they issued me an acknowledgment & informed me to call after 2 weeks.
After two weeks, called them but there was no response from those numbers so I went there & any customers were waiting outside the office without any notice they had closed the office for 2 days, all customers were angry & were hitting the shutters & tearing the banners & posters.after waiting for a long time I came back home & went there after few days, but they didn’t give any genuine reasons for the delay n returning my cell.
I kept calling them repeatedly but they were just telling in two weeks we will give you back your phone, after two months I got my cell with faulty joystick I asked them to replace the phone, when I gave my cell for service there was only problem with software but then my joystick was not working properly.but they responded negatively.
i was in a hurry, so I came back & got everything serviced in Davangere (karnataka).
I love using Sony erricsson phones, but the service quality & service stations are very awkward.If you want a service first get to know about service centre & then go ahead Never Go to Lajpat nagar, Delhi service center.
