I had this phone - W380i from Sony Ericson for exactly 15 months. Quite a brilliant product from the Ericson family with few faults.
I am a lover of Sony Ericson phones and love to possess one which no one in my circle has or will have in the next few months.
And I am successful to prove this. In all this 15 months, I haven’t met anyone with this phone. I travel daily in Local train and have seen n number of phones but not this. May be the reason is people doesnt dare to buy it without hearing many reviews

The Flip phones have a problem with them. The hinge connecting the display and the keyboard has a wire inside. It gets distangled if the phone is opened and closed repeatedly for some 10 -15 times(please dont try it).
Very Fragile - will not stay for long if u drop things often.
Sensor in the front - Doesn’t work after some time.
Because of the Flip wire problem, I had to service my phone once from the Sony Ericson authorized service centre twice. First time, they had no idea of why the display goes blank. They instead replaced the mother board. Second time, they identified the flip wire as the culprit and replaced it.
It lasted me well except that I lost the phone in an auto rickshaw. More luck needed to hold a SE phone for me. I just miss the marvellous piece. The features and the look are real justice for the price u give for it.
