Nothing against the phone, but SONY ERICSSON customer service SUCKS..... , all you can do is buy their phone and hope you never have to visit their service centers.
I own a W580i for 10 months now, out of which 2 months with the service center (though in warranty period) with no resolution to my problem and as I write this review, my phone still continues to be at the service center (for a cracked keypad-manufacturing defect). They dont have the courtesy to update their customer or resolve the issue soon either.
Assuming it was a one off case I raised a ticket online directly with Sony india, and its like banging your head against the wall. now I know why cstomers are not cared for in a Sony service center, it boils dowm from the top.
On the other hand, I had an issue with my SAMSUNG mobile, and trust me SONY needs to learn customer service from them.
I just have one advise: NEVER BUY A SONY ERICSSON MOBILE, and if you already have, GOD BLESS YOU, hope you never have to visit a Sony service center.
