I am using this for last two years.initially i was not very happy because of some defects.but the after sales service is amazing. After getting good after sales service , the phone is working wonderfully well.the company even obliged to replace the faulty phone with a new one.

Even the speakers are very good as compared to nokia or motorola.it might be slighl;y costly as compared with nokia but is worth .no issues of hanging like in nokia.
Battery life is fantastic.
Walkman is amazing
Sleek design and ease of use.larger phone book memory.but it lacks the business card facility
Lots of games and other useful applications like torch, calculator, converter, world clock
1gb memory card.
Zoom facility
I had used nokia , panasonic phones earlier but none of them can beat sony ericsson.i would advise to please look at sony ericsson before buying new mobile phone.this is value for the money.
