My experience :- STILL BAD SIGNAL, call drops , airtel blames handset , gothardware change , still problem, Not sure where to go. No clarity on camera , it is ok, but with 2 MP it gives colored dots if view on
pc untill snap has been taken for a close range in ighten day light . It takes tiime to repsond to key, there is noe-mail contact for Indian customer greivance. I maile to site , Got reply from US- Rob, " cant provide support to India , deal with service center."
No proper response from service center, As per Salora service center guy, for this feature , sof upgrade has come that levels volume at equalizer, SO it became one useless fetaure .... :-( First time u set
the shortcuts restart shortcut s is gone, hv to restart. Battery wont lasts 10 - 12 hour, for a normal call usage. SMS can nt be stored on Memory stick , max 200 including saved msg on sim.
Not much of emoticon, no EMS< sony product shud hv better sound clarity Navigation keys + walkman keys + shortcut keys r small n close to each other < new event feature is annoyed , it wont go
untill u clear all ... As of service center SONY new software doesnt support equalizer
fetaure once updated. I am not sure whom to contact since I didnt get satisfied response from Service centers.
On 12 Oct 2006, I bought Secong Sony Ericsson Handset
other mobiles survived the site. However after updation I found the camera quality has gown down it comes only fine if I take snap outside in daylight or proerly ight place.
With in a room or in a hall or a image of 5 - 6 foot dustance it used to display red green dots , while viewing fromcomputer. Mobile response time was bad while scrolling through the messages. Mobile takes good amount of boot time Phone used to get disconneted in between of conversation - (Signal was Good )and hang And, MEGA BASS , BASS NORMAL all sounds same, I went again to Salora
International- Authorized service center - Bangalore
They have replaced the hardware now stating, camera shud be fine, however Sony software itself is to
blame for equalizire features and they will all sound same . It left me puzzled, why the feature has been provided. However while conversation or playing song sometime it creating annoying long beep noise. untill the opertaion being stoppped.
of improvement, I dont think I can share the pics taken from the Mobile camera
with freinds. I feel like my hadset is more of a assembled, first hardware then Software. ANd feeling sad to purchase the Sony Ericsson high end hadset
