In the total warranty period of 12 month this phone was in service centre for 2 months. Like this time I submitted the phone in capital city of india for network prob. now the situation is that a newly launched phone doesnt have its spares and it takes months together for delivery to the customers. when u call to customer care then they will kept u waiting for long time and later reply that yr phone repair is under process, finally when u asked for launching a complaint then neither executive will come on phone nor they will be call u back even when they will say sir we will call u in couple of hours.
Now I would like to ask to their managers if u keep this phone in service centre for such a long time within warranty period then who will be responsible for loss of this warranty period. company representative please reply soon or am going to raise this issue on every possible forum.
UPDATE- dear concern. so today was the D day for my phone. means they have promised that before 28th of this month I will get my phone but after keeping me on hold for long time, once again they said " apako hui asubidha ke liye hum kshma chahate hai( sorry for yr inconvenience). and finally once again they ask for an extension and only god knows when I will get my phone. If you guy are going to change phone mother board which consist of approx 80% of total phone cost they why dont u give me a new set rather than harassing a customer for such a long time.
I have written even on their facebook link. but no one bother to answer satisfactory.
