Sony customer care sucks

I after looking for various tv buy sony KLV-32CX320 and from that day onward my nightmare started as I lost my warranty card of the tv so I call sony customer care and they ask me to send scanned copy bill to then and I did that then they give me request id 10080234 and from that day onward till around 20 days passed and I still get no reply from then and I make around 15 follow up calls to then but some dou*


bags sitting there have no idea about what happen they only tell me that my request is under process from 20 days and when I ask then why it is taking so long and why you are no informing me about it they are giving me false deadline they are gone to call me what no call from there end as if they did not give s**t about it and this is only half of problem half of problem they I have to face . television sucks its viewing angle sucks product is around 5 thousand rs expensive you can get same spec tv at 5k less but I was unaware of that. so my advice if you want good customer support then please do no go for sony and do not make same mistake that I made.
