Hi guys im having mhc gzr5d. Its working nicely. Guys dont mistake sony brands becaus of their service. Sony’s service centers are not direct. They are all leased contracts. Thats the only reason for their worse service. Sony brands are named for innovation, quality and trust.
So kindly think yourself and speak. Not only sony service centers are worse. Even lg, philips, samsung etc are all leased contractors. So you cant expect their service much more than this.
