Hi all,
I am interested in buying a new television and therefore went to one of the new Sony World outlets.
These are the things which I hated about the store -
Pestering attendants
Don’t have good product knowledge
Above all, none of the TVs displayed had a remote control around, for me to be able to feel and see how the remote is going to look, how the menu is going to appear on the TV that I liked.
Frankly, I never expected Sony to be so thoughtless. Another thought that comes to my mind is that mebbe Sony managers think (and mebbe truly ), that junta handling their equipments may just spoil them. Whatever the thought I think one should be able to see all the features of the product that he is going to buy.
Appreciate your views on the same.
