It has been 17 years since the realese of this gaming console, buying it now is just a waste of a sum of money. I had a playstation 2 it was quite fun at the beggining when it could run all the games released during that time period, but buying it now isnt a good idea because sony isnt gonna release any new games for playstation 2 it has been such an old model.
Yes it was a revolution to gaming but now it has been absolutely outdated. Because at this point we want performance as well as realistic graphics and playstation 2 maybe cheap but absolutely worthless to buy in the year 2017. The service was quite good it lasted for 3 years from 2007-10 . But right now it has been greatly outdated.
