There was a surprise gift which I recieved on my birthday which was sony playstation 4. I had previously played playstation 3 and was a big fan of PS. For a few days I liked the product, the graphics were pretty amazing and it was working flawlessly.
Than one day I compared my PS4 to XBOX which my friend had purchased.
After playing some games in it I found that that XBOX was much better than PS4. The graphics and the sound quality was better in XBOX, along with that the controller was also better, although both are vibrator consoles, but the feeling was better in XBOX.
As the prices of both these products are same XBOX is definately better of the two. If the price of PS4 had been lesser then it would definately had been a value for money product
Also, I was facing some issue while first time installations, so I called their service centre amd to my utter surprise the staff was very rude on the phone and they took 2 days to solve my problem
