Sony company scores lots of trust from customers and with that trust only I packed sony power bank from market while in market lots of other company power banks are also available. Compared to other brands, Sony is very expensive but still I picked sony because of the Brand and Trust on sony products I have. Few other home appliances and products from sony are in my home. After I purchased power bank few months it worked. One day I was travelling to long journey I kept it in dashboard of my vehicle and after that it was not working and not charging also. Dont know exactly what happened! Maybe with speed braker’s jerk something happened but exactly dont know how? It didnt fall down or no damages too. I purchased for Rs3, 100. I searched so many services centres but no use I visited a sony service they said sony doesnt do servicing for powerbank immediately it blanks my mind. When they cant do servicing why are they manufacturing the product? or while selling they can mention in box know that we dont provide services. Why are they making customer suffer. Now I went and gave servicing to one local person’s shop in Abids, Hyderabad for sorting out the issue.
Sony I am happy with your products but not at all happy with your servicing. Growup sony! People are buying your product with trust so keepup the trust.
