Buying a Sony Xperia XA ultra mobile is a worst experience for me.i have purchased a sony Xperia device in March 2017.it works average at the first initials days after then I started to facing lots of issue, then I came to know that I received a defected product from the dealer.the problems I faced are
I was not able to transfer data to other phone from mine
the device had some problem in speaker other cant hear my voice while speaking.
it also have some heating problem.
phone hang up automatically and need to restart or switch off
when I complain them about my phone they kept the phone for 15 days and returned to me but I face the same issues as before.i mailed the head of Sony service center for the replacement of my phone but I don;t get any reply.i visit the service center again this time they told me that there is a problem in motherboard otherwise the phone is in good conditions. I replaced motherboard after that they told that there is a problem in Sim slot. I again repair.after some days I faced problem in headphone mix.now I have no other option than to use the defective issue.
customer service are worse than ever.
not value of money at all
PLEASE GUYS THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING A SONY PRODUCT, i will not refer Sony product to my friends, family and relatives THANK YOU
