Worst service centre ever . not professional at all . they don’t even understand English. had to go there twice because someone called me and said my system was ready wherein it was not . the second time when I went there after getting a call from some other guy they were shocked to see me as again it was not ready . wonder how Sony authorized it but service has improved better visit it during weekdays
