I bought the Sony Vaio SVE14A15FNB laptop last year in August and till now got no hardware defects. Had some software problems related to the OS and it was well resolved by the customer care representative over the phone.
I saw the advertisement in paper around last week of June and gone like mad at the look at first instant. After having a detailed research on the specs I checked it out at the showroom and bought it instantly. The red strokes on the edges and at side of the keys just look superb on a black body.
Its lightweight at around 2 kg and has an excellent sound output.
Got chance to visit the service centre recently as I accidentally formatted my full hard drive. As I didn’t have the recovery discs, I went to the service centre. The engineer told me to come after about 2.5 hours, however the receptionist told me 3 hours. Impatiently, I went a little before 2.5 hours and they handed me the laptop as new. Impressive...
