I purchased Sony Vaio notebook model vpc cb15/fg/b with on site warranty. The hard disc crashed and I reported the matter to the call center. No action was taken. I complained online.They registered the complaint and redirected to local vendor, and there is no response from the local center. I again informed on mail to Sony, but no further action was taken.
I sent written complaint to regional office in Mumbai . .There has been no response from them too . I am now going to consumer court, for damages.
