Few months back have purchased this laptop which was not a satisfactory purchase for me the laptop is made of poor quality plastic. it easily gets heated up just after 30-40 minutes use. the laptop keyword is also very hard . the most disturbing thing is that just after some days the screen locks has been broken then I talked about that to customer care as laptop was under guarantee and they refused to fix my problem they were so rude to me overall I can say that service & support wise sony is very very poor. this laptop is not so user friendly as there are many problems in it even when we play songs on this laptop the sound gets faded because laptop speakers are of very poor quality. even this laptop . if we talk about battery back up then this laptop has failed to fulfill my satisfaction after charging laptop for 3-4 it barely works for 2-3 hours only so battery backup is very poor. so overall this laptop is not reliable for long term use and has failed to satisfy me. so this laptop is not worth buying due its poor quality this laptop has no value for money.
