I am in hell from when I have brought this laptop. The factor which I dislike are : -
1.USER FRIENDLY: - It is not at all user friendly. It contains many features but non of this works properly. The laptop has many ways through which virus can entre the laptop.
2.SATISFACTION: - This laptop didn’t satisfied my need at all. It was a huge loss for me of around 40000 rupees. The quality of the production is cheap and didnt satisfied my need.
3.VALUE FOR MONEY: - After buying this product I thing I have wasted a huge amount of my saving for this helllaptop. There is nothing special in laptop for which they take high price.
4.SERVICE AND SUPPORT: - the service of this laptop was too costly. You will not believe me that I have made more than 10 times service which always cost 3000. It was a lost of my huge lost of money.
