Laptop is very user friendly and it contains so many in build functions for user to deal with the problems like assist, Vaio center keys as part of functional keys but this models screen is very sensitive I have broken my laptop’s screen.
Laptop is not reliable when compare it to other companies laptop available in the market with same rate or less rate .
overall experience is okay but not fully satisfied. Looks of the laptop is stunning and very attractive but as there is No service support from Sony now. You need to visit local service center for any kind of service . Laptop is not value for money but if you are not bothered about money and considering looks and appeal then this laptop is for you .
