I bought this from reliance time-out couple of weeks back and on the first day itself this player stopped working.
It is designed to be a workout player and I do a lot of serious workout, cardio and weights. So, I sweat a lot. There is an opening in the player for the USB chord from where sweat can seep in and the same happened and it stopped working
The headphones slip out of the ear and you have to keep pushing them back in 3. Sound quality is not great4. The zappin feature is not great and ceases to function at times
i really wonder what the design folks at sony had in mind while they came up with this so called innovation. Its absolute junk and so not a value for money. When I took it back to reliance they said they cannot give me a credit note as they don’t know how to sell an opened "piece".
My only question to them is why did they sell me a defective product to which they don’t have an answer. Horrible horrible product and customer service displayed by reliance. Don’t know what to do with this defective "piece".
