Xperia M was working absolutely fine, suddendly a day got few error message on screen that multiple apps have stopped working. restarted the device and started occuring a error " type password to decrypt a storage". Tried google for this error and got to know that this is a bug with xperia m devices( EBOLA) and multiple usres are facing same issue around the globe, Sony is not reverting on thier community page.
visited sony authorized centre and they informed me that this is a bug and they can’t help. I have to pay 6k to replace motherboard( almost the prize of handset) . Have taken up with sony xperia on twitter account, what my fault is? I havent made any software changes, nor there is any physical damage, this is a bug specially with your xperiA M devices. why should I pay for that, sony should call back there all defected pieces and provide a replacement.
