Bought Sony Xperia M4 Aqua exactly 2 months ago. Within few weeks noticed it takes over 5 hours to charge and god forbid if you get an incoming or outgoing call or replied to a whatsup msg then one really doesn’t know how long it will take to charge.
After the min 5 hours of charging time the battery will start draining with a few min without even using the mobile. 100% to 98% goes in a blink.
Very poor customer service. Their only solution is to keep all apps off. Wifi/data off .remove all auto sync. but with the phone on charge most of the time how and when do you use the apps.I really thought I was buying a smartphone but it turns out I bought a landline instrument.
A brand one must definitely avoid.:(
