I was using this mobile one year back. It costs me around 18 k which is very huge when we compare with another. You can get better mobile than this. It lags sometimes and it has caused many troubles like data was wiped and the device encountered errors so we had to reinstall the software in the service center.
They took good amount of money from us.
Performance is really worst. After 8 to 9 months of usage it was getting hanged even sometimes it automatically switched off. It also comes with only 2400 mah Li-Ion battery without fast charging support. Last year when I asked in service center this mobile has some issue, it was restarted 10 to 15 mins then they advised me to change the motherboard of this phone and then it will resolve the issues. Don’t go for Sony mobiles.
I will not recommend this mobile as well as this brand for Mobile phones.
