I got a Xperia Z1compact for myself nearly 15 months ago.
After using it for about 2-3 months I noticed some problems like the Proximity and accelerometer sensors were not working and I also noticed the issue of flash light bleeding whenever I clicked a picture from the camera, i.e the flash light becomes oversaturated in the clicked image.
Then I went to the Sony service center and told them the problems and after keeping my phone for 20 days, the sony service centre guys called me and said that the device could not be repaired and i’ll be getting a replaced brand new device.
I was so happy and thank the sony team for their good service and easy replacement as I was told that the flash bleed problem was reported in many of the devices.Then till now I have the new replaced device and the phone is performing very nicely without a single problem . I am very satisfied with the device.
