Hello. Yes I am currently studying in this college in BScIT. Yes BScIT is the new stream which has been added to other courses of this college during academic year 2013-14.And now it is the 3rd cycle of this course.So I’ll be saying about my experience in this college, this department and the faculty.I got admission in FYBScIT in 2015-16And currently I am in TYBScITSo, here is what I have to say1. As I said this is a very new stream in college and there are very less students.2. Unfortunately we are always counted with BSc students, where as we are completely different from them and we donot have even a subject in common3. Since we are less, we are not much into their importance and always works related to our department is been done last or always delayed.4. BScIT, HOD is a zoology teacher, that mean, She has no clue and knowledge of IT or anything related to it.5. There are 3 main teachers for all 3yrs. And other are just for particular subjects for some semester.6.Since the college is a reputed College, they are very strict regarding the attendance of the students.7.Some of the teachers fail to convey and teach their subject. Not that they don’t know, just that they donot know how to teach.8. The timing is from 8am-2pm or 8am-3pm. Feels like back to school.9. we have only one 15min break in the entire day. Which is very useless. We donot get to eat properly. If wanna order from the canteen 15min goes in standing in the queue only.If we wanna have our tiffin, all time is spent in search of a place to sit.10. There are always some kind or the other activities happening in College so you can study as well as explore your other talents11. About the admin office, they are polite but don’t do any work on time and students literally waste days and days running after the office staffs to make their work done12. The infrastructure is very beautiful specially the main building that is the Arts and office building. Many films have shot over there.
